Dar Ul Sukun's vision is that people with disabilities have equal access to quality healthcare, education, housing, shelter, and job opportunities. They also have an orphanage in Karachi.
Ansar Burney trust is engaged in a range of charity activities in Pakistan. These include legal aid services, WASH projects, Human trafficking, missing persons and other issues.
The Edhi Foundation runs a number of orphanages in Karachi. Children of all ages are provided a home, care, and education. Many grow up to be an active part of the foundation's various charity services. Edhi orphanage is one of the largest in Pakistan.

Amzi home is an orphanage in Sindh, Pakistan. Its orphan house facility can accommodate 288 orphans/destitute sand 70 widows. It is managed by the Mustafa Benevolent Trust.
